An iPhone user is not bound to navigate their settings panel for changing the wallpaper as Apple developers have enabled an easy shortcut to make any of the pictures that they have in their photo library as their home screen. This feature proves to be quite useful for an individual to change their home screen wallpaper to their preferred image instantly.

Perhaps an individual desires to set his recently clicked picture as their wallpaper.
